  Horrible service. I paid cash for my bill. Then 3 days later they disrupt my service for "no payment". Called the store manager said not his problem call the 1800 number. I went to ther cricket sent me back to him and same thing " I wish I can do more, but I dont know why your payment didnt post" like really? I paid you cash and have proof of the receipt. Does not make any sense and didnt help didnt refund my money. Horrible service.

  Came in for a screen protector after mine was cracked and bothersome. Skylar was a blessing!! When they didn't have one in stock that would fit my screen he gave me a discount on a custom protector out of the kindness of his heart. Soooooooo thankful for fast and friendly service and an AWESOME deal!
