  I went in to fix my phone I have a stylus 2022 I have a new plan for the supreme unlimited plan I have mobile hotspot included in my plan but it doesn't work the lady said the phone age is the reason and that is false I have mobile hotspot in the drop-down menu it didn't help me what's the weather she blamed the situation on the age of the phone instead of actually doing anything and helping me figure this out very bad experience she didn't help me out whatsoever just push me off to the customer care number, when I came in looked out how I was dressed started laughing
