I was momentarily relieved only to find out they only had 1 working tablet to look up accounts between the 3 of them. Employees were friendly which is why I didn't do 1 star. Seems like one of the biggest providers would be better versed on how to run a store. Don't get me started on the HOURS of lost time my wife wasted on the phone trying to get our account corrected after a seemingly simple account change. I really wish there were more options out there. As much as cell service costs anymore I would think we could get better at taking care of those keeping you in business.

Between work and school and sports practice, We showed up at 5:45 and Ryan D helped us get switched from AT&T. With four new phones, it is a piece of mind. Ryan was very helpful, he made sure that all of our phones work before we left. I highly recommend speaking with Ryan D If needing help. We even got a new iPad for our daughter for Christmas
