    I just got a new much needed I-phone today. I seem to go into hi-gear anxiety every time I get a new phone fearing all my stuff (e-mail, contacts, Facebook etc) won't transfer without a glitch. Ryan assured me everything would go smoothly and he was super patient with me. I highly recommend seeing Ryan if you’re due for a new phone and are spooked about it. He's awesome 🥰

    James went above and beyond in helping us fix a phone and set up with parental controls. He even educated us parents on apps and other ways to implement safeguards. So very grateful for his help and willingness to take the extra time to help!!!

    My wife and I came in recently and was helped by Ryan and James. They were quick and efficient and I left a very happy man. Got a tablet and a watch for myself under James’ recommendation and I think they’re great. 10/10

    A lot of good reviews so I'm surprised I have to write such a negative one. Hopefully those review are real. I highly recommend only going with the phones they actually have in stock - if you do decide to go here. I wish we would have known that. We were planning to change from AT&T to Verizon because they suck too. Looks like we are going to be stuck with them for a bit longer. Yay, for no competition! 9/18: We went into the store and ordered our phones with Ryan. Who said, it would take about 2 days to get our phones. Lol, our tracking on the phones as of today still says it's in order status. It would have also been nice for Ryan to had let us know that they didn't get shipments on the weekend - which has been stated since then. I needed to pretty urgently give my mom (who got out of the hospital and was in rehab and didn't have a phone) my phone and then get two new phones for myself and my wife. So, a total of three lines. "No problem," is what I was told. My wife and I didn't really care which phones; iPhone 16 or the iPhone 16 Pro. Nothing was stated that would lead us in any certain direction so we went with two iPhone 16 Pros. We then went home and ordered all the new stuff we would need because we had iPhone 13's. Since that initial day I have called and at some point spoken to everyone at that location. In some cases we were told that we would get a call back (Dillon), which of course never happened - ever. Nearly every time we called we simply got told, "Sorry, they haven't come in yet." 9/29: I called and spoke to James and long story short he said that the iPhone Pros are on back order until probably the end of October - NICE, that's some awesome customer service (so instead of it really being "about two days" it was more like FIVE to SIX weeks). He said that whoever we spoke with they should have told us that. Well, that's literally everyone at that location - no one brought that up, ever. I mean, sheesh, we would have simply gone with the iPhone 16's. We didn't have to have the Pro's. So be warned. Just go with what they have in stock - or honestly, go somewhere else. I have wasted a TON of time at this place. Not cool. Not cool at all.
