  I was a walk in customer today at the Medford Geek Squad location inside of Best Buy. I am not a regular customer and I don't have an account. I explained my complicated situation to the man at the counter named Ryan. He was patient, listened, paraphrased and went deep into my computer and iPhone to get to the bottom of my issue which had to do with Google Play and being charged international fees from a country I used to live in. He was multi tasking, breaking out all of his skills to remedy the situation and telling me what he was doing with each step. Miraculously, after about 20 minutes he fixed my issue that I have been struggling with for over one year. I hope his managers see this positive review to give him credit for a job so well done. I am so grateful to him and his expertise. Thank you so much Ryan!

  I was told that it would take 2-3 hours to fix the broken camera lense on my phone and to make an appointment. I made the appointment for a certain time and that was when I arrived. Then when they called me up they said it would be 6 hours , which was not told to me when I walked in there the day before. The guy at the front argued with me and said it’s first come first serve, which makes no sense and is ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s first come first serve????

  I wish I had read the reviews before I bought into their geek squad program $180-ish and had paid $85 to be told that they couldn’t find the parts to repair my HP. Highly do not recommend and highly disappointed.
