I also was not aware of having to turn in my old phone that I owned until after I agreed to the contract. So an okay experience. Just very misleading. Now I'm stuck with a phone case I do not want.

When they mess up there's no solution and no one held responsible because they aren't actually Verizon. At least the Verizon corporate fixed the problem these guys started.
