Verizon confirmed the transaction totaled around $12,000, and we are now filing a police report and requesting video footage for the investigation. We’ve been Verizon customers for 21 years, but this experience has completely destroyed our trust. I strongly caution anyone considering this store or Verizon in general — protect your account carefully, and be aware that serious fraud can happen even when you do everything right.
