- SBSariya , Brendan Butler6 days ago5.0Helped with a phone issue and were amazing. Three technicians worked together for three hours while also working with walkin customers. One stayed to help even after clocking out for the day to try everything they could think of to get my phone fixed. New sim card, total restore and checked all software. Kudos to Mikey, Steven and the store manager who came up with the temporary fix so I'd have a working phone until either finding a fix or buying a new phone. Whoever said customer service was dead has not visited Cricket Wireless at 1200 Biddle Rd. Since we are from Weed, CA. We could not just come back the next day. I even made the best use of time since I was useless as help by getting a haircut next door Brendan and Yammy
