  153 just to walk in the door. 20-25 dollars more expensive on all their products. Dont be stupid and think This place actually cares. This place has turned into nothing but robbery of once loyal customers. The old establishment was so much better and caring. Took my dog in yesterday for his ear infection, the dr only wanted to talk about his allergies to fleas. Zero concern for anything I had to say, then tried doopin me with an overwhelming amount of money just to do a culture . The tech is really pushy with hard to sell their overpriced stuff to you. Do I left with antibiotics that ive never used before in the 10 times my dog has had an ear infection. Wouldn't even bother giving the antibiotic of choice, gave me something that "hopefully will work". Im still pretty pist off at the lack of actual care vs we just want your money.

  My kitty was able to be seen immediately. The staff was caring and patient to answer all our questions. The problem was addressed & treatment was given with good instructions to follow at home. Kitty was not stressed through her experience & recovered nicely which was a win for us.

  I took my cat in because he had diarrhea. I received an initial quote which was already pretty spendy . After signing and waiting for them to complete the labs a different staff came in and informed me it would be an additional 100+ dollars because they didn’t give me the right quote. I let her know I was already spending more than I had anticipated . I was confused about the prices she was giving me and had questions. She was rude about the whole situation. Not very comforting when I was worrying about my cat.

  I came in from out of town and just needed shots for my dog. They were very expensive, sales oriented, and after spending $700 for unrelated services, I didn't get the shots he needed. Hugely disappointing experience. Felt very bait- and- switch.

  I pay for pet insurance with VCA CareClub for my dog. It covers emergency exams incase the unpredictable happens. My dog was bite and I bring him to this location on Saturday because his actual veterinarian was closed. This is a location for urgent care that accepts this CareClub. They turned me away one hour before they closed due to “too many patients”. There were no other patients in the waiting room nor were there any cars in the parking lot. They wanted to send me to other locations that doesnt take the CareClub. Its unfortunate for a business with this profession to turn away customers. Especially when their services are advertised for emergency and wound care. Its seems there’s no point in paying for pet insurance to cover emergencies if their facilities will not take you even if you get there one hour before their advertised before closing. If anyone has an emergency, know you may not get in at this location.
