We ordered a phone and were told it would be ready for in-store pickup, but we never received any confirmation that it was ready. A Verizon agent later confirmed that the phone should have been available, yet this store canceled the order without notifying us and gave the phone away to someone else. Only after wasting time and following up did another agent step in and manage to reserve the phone again—but this should never have happened in the first place. The lack of communication between Verizon and this store caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and inconvenience. Despite all of this, we never received our new phone. For a company this large, I expected much better coordination and customer service. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in Verizon’s pickup and order process.

The manager of this store, Austin, has absolutely no costumer service skills. His ignorance and rudeness cost his store sales. As a result of his behavior, I have taken my business to another location. My advice to the owner of this store would be to remove him as your manager before you lose more business!
