    I am extremely frustrated with Verizon due to poor communication and a very inconvenient experience. We ordered a phone and were told it would be ready for in-store pickup, but we never received any confirmation that it was ready. A Verizon agent later confirmed that the phone should have been available, yet this store canceled the order without notifying us and gave the phone away to someone else. Only after wasting time and following up did another agent step in and manage to reserve the phone again—but this should never have happened in the first place. The lack of communication between Verizon and this store caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and inconvenience. Despite all of this, we never received our new phone. For a company this large, I expected much better coordination and customer service. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in Verizon’s pickup and order process.

    My father recently passed away and I came in to remove his phone lines. It was a very emotional thing for me to do. Siera was amazing. She was so very kind and sweet. She helped assist me with taking care of all my needs and went above and beyond. She gave me contact numbers so I could set up auto pay. A++++ service Siera. Thank you.

    A few years ago I tried to return a modem. The store gave me a fedex label to send it back to Texas since it was still in the original packaging and they apparently couldn’t take it back. I never had service so I shouldn’t owe a penny, but for 3 years I have been fighting a $200 fee for the modem that I returned myself with signed proof of receipt. Then , they finally offer me a one time only deal to pay $100 and clear “my debt” so I gave in because fighting it was proving to be pointless and I don’t want it sitting there in collections any longer ruining my score. Well, guess what, my credit still shows I owe Verizon $200 and nobody can seem to help certainly not in person, not by fax (yes they ask you to fax them all of your personal info and never respond which I stupidly did multiple times) or on the phone. How is this even legal?

    I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for almost ten years and I’ve never experienced anyone this disrespectful. The manager of this store, Austin, has absolutely no costumer service skills. His ignorance and rudeness cost his store sales. As a result of his behavior, I have taken my business to another location. My advice to the owner of this store would be to remove him as your manager before you lose more business!

    Everyone here is so kind and helpful, and super experienced. We've had issues at tons of other stores throughout our time with Verizon but this is the only store that doesnt make me dread having to come in. These guys are so good at their work! Other places have a bunch of younger inexperienced staff who are kind, but dont often solve problems. I hope these guys are well taken care of by the company, because theyre worth it!!! We will definitely be coming to this location whenever possible in the future.
