We've had issues at tons of other stores throughout our time with Verizon but this is the only store that doesnt make me dread having to come in. These guys are so good at their work! Other places have a bunch of younger inexperienced staff who are kind, but dont often solve problems. I hope these guys are well taken care of by the company, because theyre worth it!!! We will definitely be coming to this location whenever possible in the future.

I came into the store really stressed and frustrated after being lied to at what turned out to be a “fake Verizon” location (Adrian P. at the West Salem Victra Verizon “retailer”). Everything I had been told there was untrue, and I felt completely taken advantage of. Sierra was so kind and understanding — she listened to me, helped calm me down, and did everything she could to make things right. Her compassion and patience meant so much after such a bad experience. I left the store feeling cared for and valued as a customer. Verizon is lucky to have someone like her! 💛
- BBBOct 13, 20251.0I had to return an extender. I was not told I had to return this extender when I was upsold a new router. When I called Verizon Wireless because of a home coverage issue, I was informed I did not need to buy a new router. So, I go to the store to return the extender because the guy from Verizon wireless in a call center told me I was going to be charged $300 if it wasn't returned in 30 days. The guy who finally helped me tonight, told me oh no you don't need to return the extender. I know 100% without a doubt that is not true. The store manager assistanted people who came in after me so he could sell them some phones. The customer service isn't great especially when you're being upsold products you didn't need to buy in the first place. I would definitely avoid this store.
