Then they started to give me a yummy treat and then all of a sudden my butt hurt. I don't know what's going on here, but I don't like it one bit.~Rosie Mae, Kitten. I however found everyone to be friendly, professional, efficient, and very engaging. We bring all of our pets here and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They take great care of our furry family. Dr Hatch is the best.~Rosie's mom.

It was an overrall pleasant first visit. My puppy was obviously scared but they treated her well and offered a treat after getting checked out. We'll be back

They told us to pull around back and they would get him ready to come home. I had wondered what took them so long to bring him out. About a week later I received paw and nose prints and a card that the staff members all signed, in the mail. I couldn't believe how kind it was of them to take the time to do this. This has been an incredibly hard time for me and I'm super grateful they did this for us.

Another vet, I won't name names, took him in, but wouldn't do anything for him NOR give him back until i paid $50! I did end up taking him anyways, but also paid soon afterwards. The situation was just very time sensitive! He ended up passing due to the trauma...:( But I still am very grateful for their effort
