    I was on my lunch break and only had a few minutes to quickly get an issue with my phone fixed. The last time I stopped in I had to wait my turn and I ran out of time and had to leave to go back to work. This time things were way different. As soon as I opened the door I saw greeted with a huge smile and a very big “Hello how may I help you”. I was immediately struck by how my mood turned instantly into relief of that my problem was already resolved before I even told him what it was. This particular walk-in appointment has changed all my feelings and expectations of this location. Daniel has definitely improved the customer 1st enter action approach and experience with A+ class. I will do all my phone shopping needs at this location with knowing that they care about every customer.

    Is unfortunate to leave a totally negative review when I’ve had good service from other employees, but today was so disappointing it feels necessary. Jorge was unwilling to provide options or solutions for resetting my iPad, as I needed to turn it in in order to get credit towards my recent iPad purchase. When I asked if he could be proactive in calling the service team, as other employees have when I was purchasing an iPad, he said he was unwilling to do so for me, citing one person in line behind me. Now, I’ve seen another employee not only be on the phone with customer service but also multitask by serving three people at once. Jorge’s only “solution” for me was to go home to try, “because it could be the wifi, but I don’t know; I’ve never seen this.” I expressed concern that I would run into the same problem and would have to come back, to which he just shrugged. Overall, service felt positive and accommodating when the team was making a sale but Jorge gave a very “couldn’t be bothered” vibe to actual service. Yikes! Don’t come here.
