    Total nightmare! I did a trade in at this store and was told very clearly that it would be for $800 in creditors, equal to the amount of the new phone. After months of being charged for the new phone and still not seeing the credit, I ended up spening dozens of hours on the phone and in the store, trying to get it figured out, only to discover that there was absolutely no record of me doing a trade in and the employee who did it, no longer worked for the company. Everytime I contacted or went into the store, I was told a manager would call me back, but they never once did over the course of about 6 months. I talked to multiple employees here who each spend hours talking to us and assuring us it would be handled right this time, but it never was. Eventually (close to a year later), we were finally able to resolve the issue with Verizon higher up support. But this was after an outrageous amount of time, frustration, money, reports, etc., along with starting to look into lawyers and legal options. We have had verizon for over 17 years and have never ever had such a horrible experience as we did after making the mistake of going into this store.
