Worst Best Buy in town. Store could be empty with no customers and the staff will still tell you hang on somebody will be with you shortly and still wait 30-45 mins for help. Then when you get help, staff doesn’t even know what they’re talking about and will treat you like you ate stupid. I live right down the road from this Best Buy but I will always drive the extra miles to cedar mills. Don’t recommend this store.

One of the employees this morning (12/17) was loudly making fun of and calling customers losers for purchasing Pokemon cards. It was extremely odd because Best Buy usually has good customer service.

There are a lot of sales staff standing around waiting to help with your quest to find the perfect electronic device. I was shopping for an apple keyboard and mouse. They are kept in a locked case and it took a while to find someone to unlock it ( which suprised me) but it was just what i needed. Good job Best Buy.
