For about a month, I made several calls and chats with Verizon Customer Support, but it always ended with getting disconnected. I decided to go in store and wish I'd done that sooner! Kirill was extremely helpful and patient in getting me to the tech support line and waited almost 2 hours with me until the issue was resolved. He is very personable (and not just trying to get your money), and I'll definitely be visiting the store if I need anything else in the future. Thank you, Kirill!

The rep I worked with, Krill was unhelpful and couldn’t explain the charges beyond simply reading what was already printed on the bill. He offered no real explanation as to why the charges were there. He also seemed distracted and more focused on watching people walk past the store than actually helping. No real effort was made to resolve the issue or walk me through it. Ironically, despite not being able to explain my bill he had no problem trying to upsell me on additional subscriptions. I left more confused than when I walked in.

Lucas was well versed and skilled at recognizing and subsequently recommending what would be the best fit for my family’s phone/technology needs. If left to making my own decision and then transferring everything I would still be there long after the store closed down.
