  When our Boston Terrier collapsed and we rushed him into VCA 12-Mile Animal Hospital Kayley and Dr. McCurdy did not hesitate to assist us immediately. Unfortunately, our sweet boy passed in my arms in the car. Dr. McCurdy verified he was gone. They stood by us as we were given the time we needed to say goodbye to our pet. They did not indicate in any way they were in a hurry to move on to the other demands of their jobs even though they were busy. Kayley provided us with the services to maintain him in our lives and memories. We received a beautifully etched box of our boys remains along with a paw print and clippings of his hair. We will forever be grateful for their kindness and care. Teresa and Joan

  Always had positive experiences here and it is obvious they are animal lovers. Their care plan is amazing!

  THE FIRST VISIT IS NOT FREE!!!!!! They would not see my cat unless I paid for a vaccine, which I couldn't afford. The vet tech couldn't wait for us to leave. I never leave one-star reviews and now I need to find a new vet

  Pork was suffering from an ear infection. Pork received the greatest care here by Dr. Celeste Sugarbaker and her staff. I definitely recommend them!!

  New to the East side, I've been a client for a couple of years now. Always a great experience from the call to book the appointment, to the check-in with the front office to the doctor visit. They are always very responsive to inquiries and requests by phone, as well. Thanks for your kindness and caring everyone. :)
