IF NOT FOR THE MOST AMAZING STORE MANAGER, SHAUN, AT CIVIC IN GRESHAM - I WOUDL GO TO ANOTHER CARRIER AFTER MY EXPERIENCE. I have been a Verizon Customer for over 26 years. I was on the phone with Verizon for literally 19 hours, 12/22 4 hrs, 12/23 11 hrs & 12 mins, 12/24 4 hrs. This is how long it took to fix their mistake on an unauthorized disconnect. My experience of being caught in a department circle on 12/23, transferred from one department to another because no one there can do anything. Constant cold transfers, with no communication or warning, having to start the explanation all over again, disconnected 6 times w/out call back. The fraud department was the worst - they made the mistake and were the worst to deal with. Thanks to one phenomenal manager, named Shaun, at the Verizon store on Civic Drive in Gresham, who cared enough stay on the phone with me for hours to fix this issue. He is my hero! He is the reason I will continue to stay with this HORRIBLE corporation.

I came in to get some help from the store and they were completely unhelpful and I was waiting on hold to speak with somebody and one of the workers there told me I had to leave because they were about to close instead of helping me resolve the situation they made it even worse. I was trying to get service on my phone and I have already started a new plan and everything I just needed help with adding two phones to my plan. Worst experience I ever had at this location. There’s three gentlemen that we’re working there and none of them were any helped to me at all
