Once i was able to get the right person on the phone it was super quick and easy to get what I needed done...... once I got the correct human person who was not a robot on the phone.... (which was not exactly easy)

These folks are no help at all. In fact, as I was trying to explain my need to the service guy (the fat one), he talked right over me. So much for customer service.
If there were another company that had coverage in our area, we would certainly switch.

Wife got a new phone and the lady stayed 20 minutes after closing to help her get it finished up.
My phone came in two weeks later and they said they would call me when it comes in. I got an email on my phone it arrived around 1215 so I go in around 5 to 5:30ish to get my phone and get it set up. As always things sometimes take a little longer, but they never did called me as they said they would. it was pushing closing time as my phone was finishing up 97% done and the guy the manager said it's done just needs to finish up and reboot! I said that's fine but I'd like to get it finished up to make sure I could use it when I got home... it was like all he wanted to do was leave as it was 5 minutes after closing
I know people want to get home but you work in customer service and if you guys had called me I could have gotten there earlier... he said if it doesn't work right that i could just come back tomorrow and I said no I live almost a hour away but he said it will be fine and they need to close...
nope it wasn't fine took me a couple of hours on the phone with 611 to get it to work right... you could do better with customer service
