  The grushing store is lacking in assistance.There is no signage saying where the front of the line is or the back of the line is customer service has three openings in which everybody gets in arguments about who is next the delays to have your computer repaired.Are 324 days out?How is that acceptable?Very disappointed, best buy and geek squad.Especially

  Tv went out after three years samsung 75” 8k contacted geek squad long story short went in august 22,2024 paid $1700 upgrade for newer version of tv delivered with exchange of old tv and mount scheduled for the 25th they cancel the day before and rescheduled for the 29th cancelled again the same day and rescheduled for today which is September 9, 2024 its 9:22pm haven’t heard anything talk to tech guy and representative today and no call no show just got off the phone with representative and all she could say is sorry thanks for being a mybest total rewards customer and we cant do anything till 24hrs super bad customer support and service at this point im very disappointed and frustrated will definitely update this review after 24hrs has passed……..update two additional appointments were cancelled and the one that was scheduled for today 9/16/24 was again a no show with district or the local one in Gresham has no update since 9/9/24 when the employee was driving around doing whatever with MY TV in the delivery and installation vehicle so here we are at 10pm waited all day and haven’t heard anything you think i would have been top priority considering what i been through what the tech has to do literally takes 10 minutes don’t know what’s going on but something needs to give and someone should be held accountable why am I paying for a membership and service just to be completely ignored once again i will update once i hear something

  iPhone needs a battery. Apple's web site says Geek Squad in Graham. Ordered the battery, made appointment. Then received a phone call and a man says we don't carry the batteries and we don't do the work. 😲 And if we did the work there is NO guarantee it will work... 🤨 You all need to get together and decide if you want work or are you are working to get out of work? Never coming back... 😠

  Went to Best Buy Jantez Beach location have Total Tech Plan $199.99 for maintenance on electronics - That's waste of money! Save your money don't buy it. They do very little to anything when you bring in older laptops. Got text saying to back up data on cell phone and be prepared to give our Iphone login and passcode at appointment. When Geek Squad site says they shouldn't ask for that information. BUT doesn't let you tell them what device you have or WHAT PART YOU NEED. Waited 4 days for appointment. Traveled 40 minutes to Best Buy Gresham appointment as that was soonest available appointment. Got there Geek Squad Tech tells us they don't have the Battery for our Iphone and he has to order it. Will take 2 weeks to receive the part and they HAVE TO KEEP MY PHONE BECAUSE APPLE REQUIRES THEM TOO. I tell him it's not Apple Care Claim I'm paying for the Battery replacement. He says he still has to keep my Iphone for 2 weeks. We left, made appointment at Apple Store for the following day. Talk to Apple Store Technician he advertised NO Apple wouldn't require Best Buy to hold Iphone if it's NOT Apple Care Claim. Very disappointed by the overall service or lack thereof at Best Buy Geek Squad.

  Everything went great! We just moved from Marin & Sonoma County, California to Vancouver Washington. We needed 2 wall mounts for our big televisions and Washer/Dryer sets. Besides getting larger price savings we got service savings and prices on car stereo/ GPS system to order next week. We are very happy! *****
