  The grushing store is lacking in assistance.There is no signage saying where the front of the line is or the back of the line is customer service has three openings in which everybody gets in arguments about who is next the delays to have your computer repaired.Are 324 days out?How is that acceptable?Very disappointed, best buy and geek squad.Especially

  They're pretty discouraging with their repair price gate-keeping and dismissive interaction with me...legit or not it sounds more like they just didn't want to work on my device.

  Paid $199 for my tv to be mounted with a week and half out till it could be done fine whatever. Today’s that day and I’m told they can’t find the tv mount and isn’t willing to drive to another store. Now they’ve scheduled me for 2 weeks out. I’m not waiting a month and paying 200$ to have my tv mounted that’s outrageous.
