    What a sad shadow of its former self. This used to be a bustling hub loaded to the gills with the latest tech; now, it feels like a sparse museum of what once was. With almost no customers in sight, the energy is completely gone.

    I was at Best Buy recently not just shopping for electronics but also in a handyman capacity installing new baby changing stations in the bathrooms, and overall it was a smooth visit. The team was cooperative and helped coordinate space access for the installation, which made the project go faster than expected. Product selection inside was extensive with lots of options for tech, appliances, and accessories, and I found what I needed quickly

    Don’t even bother trying to purchase Pokemon products here. I went in and customer service confirmed they had 4+ of the item in stock, but it was still on the truck and they wouldn’t sell it until tomorrow (this was at 4:30pm). I left the store and checked their stock 10 minutes later, and suddenly the stock had dropped. So employees are either keeping product to purchase for themselves or only allowing certain people to purchase it. Either way, they’re lying to customers, and there’s no way to even talk to anyone at Best Buy who can/will connect me to the store. Super shady.
