I went to the store and my experience with customer service was outstanding Sage one your employees had the best customer service ever .. that man needs a raise . He knows how to treat people, he was polite , assertive, empathetic after I scratch my phone with an item I bought , he was efficient assertive . I can’t say his holly but custumer service wise. We need more people like him. And look a lot of other employees Jason I believe it was his name he was wearing green glasses great personality he eas at the front another time great attitude . I don’t understand why 4 Star .. the items are one thing . I have to congratulate the manager as well for hiring excellent people in the world we live we need kindness and feel comfortable and the places we go so Best Buy in Gresham you have my 5 star and if there was a 10 star I give you a ten . Thank you and keep that great attitude .

Bought a Bambu P1S combo from this location and after opening it up and setting it up I found out there was no build plate, no second heat nozzle. I called their customer service and was told to bring it back. They want me to disassemble it, pack it up and drive back to exchange the entire thing.
I paid for this and didn't get everything it's supposed to have.

Went in this store to buy a Samsung Galaxy 8 watch but couldn't get anyone to open the case and give it to me. I stood there 20 minutes and finally went to the greeter at the door and told him what I wanted. He said he would have someone come over there and help me. I waited another 20 minutes and still no one came. It wasn't even busy. 4 Best Buy employees were standing behind the counter doing nothing but talking and laughing.

Preordered a gaming device for a Christmas gift. It arrived a few days later despite backlog hype and Best Buy est delivery Dec 12. Happy about this BUT now restriction for return or exchange are 15 days after delivery....Christmas is still 2 months away. Customer Services help or explanation was useless. Phone call to physical store to contact a local store manager doesnt go through. I do not anticipate it will be returned but certainly expect that option to be available. Not Happy!
