Opened a card with Best Buy with my washer and dryer purchase because “ as long as you have the card the warranty will be active.”
Card was set on automatic for annual charge. Wasn’t informed my card wasn’t charged. Washer broke - warranty expired. Customer service unable to be reached. Washer still like new. Honestly won’t be purchasing any products and closing my account.

Regarding your response below, I am not on social media! Zero transparency that webroot was dropped from my package even after paying a renewal ! Got a partial refund online but I want my whole refund. They don't answer the phone so I will be down there in person soon.

Employees repeatedly lied and omitted important information in order to upsell me from repairing my old laptop to buying a new one with a premium membership. It turns out they weren't listening when I told them my needs, refused to refund the premium membership, and almost 6 months later I still haven't received the Best Buy Visa I signed up for. I had to pay a late fee because it's extremely difficult to make a payment if you don't have your full 16-digit card number (for the card I never received). I really look forward to figuring out how to cancel the credit card before some Best Buy employee goes on a shopping spree with it, /s.
My subconscious tried to tell me it was a bad idea to sign up for the Visa card, and now I suffer for not listening.
