    Geek Squad service is very good as well as customer service at the Cell phone department. The assistance in helping me with the Motorized cart and loading my computers from my car so I could get repairs done was much appreciated.

    Order BBY01-807162060853 was made with a stolen credit card. I reported it yesterday (as did my bank) and today you’re still marking it as “Ready for Pickup.” I hope you have cops there ready to make an arrest when the guy walks in. But I know you don’t lol.

    We waited for a Pokemon drop for a couple hours as there was limited availability. When the doors opened, we were able to purchase, but a worker named Cody gave us a ripped one. I asked if we could switch it for a sealed since we collect and he was rude and said he’s not doing the back and forth trading. I’ve always had good experience there purchasing Pokemon, and other workers are happy to switch it out if asked, but Cody seemed to have taken it personal. In reality, we’re the ones buying and supporting the stores sales. Customer service skills has to be worked on. We also notice that when we see something in stock and confirm it from calling the customer service line, we head over to this location and they either say they don’t have it or it’s sold out. We believe there’s some back door activity going on so the employees can keep them to buy later or sell to friends. This gives us no chance, unless we wait for hours to get our hands on some product, and when we do, sometimes they refuse to give us a product that isn’t ripped. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Also, to add to this, if they do have product during mid-day, they’ll say they are not selling until Tuesdays or Fridays, but then later it shows the items are no longer available. Why is that? They need to stick to a more consistent drop schedule.
