I had noticed over the last couple of years that their prices had been going way up but because we had always been happy with going there we continued to bring our dog there. The last time I went there to pick up some flea medicine just like I have done many times the receptionist was so incredibly rude to me I actually almost couldn’t believe that I was just treated that way. She scolded me for not calling a couple days ahead of time so that they could have it ready. I have always just stopped by and picked them up in the past. I had never called first nor was I ever told that I needed to. I apologized and said that I just didn’t know that they wanted me to do that. She proceeded to tell me that signs are posted all over the office and that I should have known that. She continued to be snooty and rude even though I sincerely apologized. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Also a little side note. About a year ago we had refered our friends to take their dog there for a hysterectomy. They quoted them a price but when they went to go pick her up they charged them 2000$ more than the price they were quoted. We called a different office in Springfield recently and the receptionist there was so so so nice. And also the price for an exam and vaccines for our new puppy was a lot cheaper.
