  I was in store during olderandwisers visit. What they neglected to mention is how they cursed Alex out, questioned his integrity, and how it was his fault. He was polite the entire time up until she started cursing him out. She was asked not to cuss a few times and she just kept being rude. Eventually it got to the point where Alex asked her to leave because of her attitude and language to which she left while continuing to curse him out. He did not deserve the treatment the got that day. Hats off to him for handling it so well and keeping his cool

  Alex was very helpful when I first picked up my phone. I hadn't made Ait to my truck before there was a request for a google review. The next 5 or so interactions were not so successful. The phone wouldn't come back on after the transfer. After an hour, he wasn't successful either and said I had fried it by either charging too long or using too strong a charger, neither of which I did. I left the store with the phone and instructions to have my daughter (account owner) call customer service. Outside in the parking lot, when I showed him I couldn't have fried the phone, he told me I should have bought the $90 dollars worth of chargers he wanted to sell me and then I guess he decided I was no longer allowed in the store. Customer service told her to call Alex back. Alex said he would call her back if he had time. He called her and said to call customer service back he wouldn't help her. I advised her to go to authorized store on Coburg. She was there 1 1/2 hours on Saturday and they were too busy, she finally went in again today (Sunday) and they were able to get it back on. Turns out the screen was dark and it wasn't charged. A few months earlier my son had a negative interaction with Alex and we have all come to the conclusion that if there is no commission to be made, he really isn't interested. I have read a lot of his reviews and many are positive, but I do wonder how many go back and edit their reviews if they have further interaction with him that is less positive.

  We were having a hard time with our phones. Alex helped us and actually transfered our personal lines to our new business lines. Better phones, better service and a cheaper price.Thank you Alex

  Alex was beyond helpful. The saying go the extra mile is an understatment he went more like the extra 5 miles. Best expirence ive had at Verizon
