I’ve had Verizon for years and am nothing but happy. The app is great and easy to understand. Since I travel a lot I’ve found Verizon’s service to be the best. My customers in rural areas make jokes like “oh you will only have service out here if you have Verizon”. 5 stars

Okay, so this review was going to be 0 stars until Aspen literally saved our lives. My family had spent HOURS trying to get new phones, first online with the chat support, which I would tell everyone to avoid doing. The chat people will create a thousand more problems than you had to start with. My mom went into the store and was helped by one guy that claimed was the manager and told my mom the only way to get a phone was online. We decided to come back the next day and was helped by Aspen who is honestly the best person working in that whole store. He was able to help us get our phones and even stayed past store hours to help us fix the issues the chat people created because there were so many. He was so nice, patient, and helpful. We left so happy and with new phones! which we thought we would only be able to get online. I will only go to Aspen from now on for help and I think he should become manager of that store since he seemed to be the only person in the whole verizon company to be able to assist us and solve every issue we presented to him. If anyone else has issues please go to Aspen I swear he’s a lifesaver!!!!!!!!!!! Aspen!!!! thank you again so much you are so amazing!!!!!!!
They take too long and skip customers to help others. Do not recommend using this store.

Outstanding experience! – saved us as customers
We had an incredible experience with Verizon - Coburg Rd, specifically working with Mike and his team.
Mike accomplished in 2.5 hours what another Verizon location could not figure out over an entire month** of multiple visits and many wasted hours. He took our absolute mess of a $2,400 bill, identified and removed lines and fees we never agreed to, and rebuilt our account with a clean, correct setup from scratch all without a single issue.
The visit itself was great from start to finish. I’ve seen reviews mentioning long wait times, but honestly, that’s easily solved by (scheduling an appointment). We were seen within 10 minutes** of our appointment time smooth and stress-free.
This team truly deserves credit. We were fully prepared to cancel everything, and this was our last attempt before walking away. I’m so glad we chose this location. Mike and his team completely turned the situation around and earned our trust back.
Highly recommend. If you’re dealing with billing issues or a complicated setup, this is the place to go.

it’s unknown how much long term psychological damage i’ve sustained from this location.
i came in around 1pm and was told i would be next in line for service and that they’d call me when it was my turn. i explained to the guy manning the door that i couldn’t receive texts or phone calls, which is why i was there. he said i could wait in the store and i asked the estimated wait time. he acted like that was such an unreasonable and inappropriate ask and gave me unprofessional attitude showing me how annoyed he was with my question and just told me it’ll be my turn when the next person is done.
i know how lines work.
i tried prompting to ask for a ballpark guess and he just said “could be 15 minutes. could be the rest of the day. it’ll be your turn when the next person is done.”
annoying, but i desperately needed my phone fixed and to get a new one.
within the 2 hours i waited for service, we had the same conversation about 4 times where he told me to just order a phone on the app that it would be faster, and i explained i couldn’t get into the app because i couldn’t receive texts
i watched people in line after me also have issues with texts and calls get the issue resolved because it was a “quick fix,” but apparently couldn’t be done for me? people behind me in time were also given time estimates which also was such an unreasonable thing for me to ask?
at 3pm i finally got somebody to service me, he fixed my texting issue so i could sign into the verizon app handed me back my phone and told me to buy a new one and have it set for in store pickup. he said they’d get right on it and just bring me the new phone and then he left.
for the next three hours i kept trying to get a workers attention and was continuously being ignored to the point they were avoiding eye contact with me.
finally, 15 minutes from close, the original worker who helped me asked why i was still there and acted confused when i said i was waiting on my phone
he went to the back to check my order so he could grab the phone for me and made a vague comment about “the system” and how i had to call the hotline. but this was after the hotline closed. i showed my receipt for my payment on the verizon app as well as my credit card statement, but still did not get any clarity on the issue. he also told me i should have just flagged an employee for help during that time as if that idea never crossed my mind.
i called the verizon hotline the next day and they indicated there was no issue
i checked the app daily for my order status and it never changed away from “preparing your order” however, today, without notification, it changed to “order canceled” explaining that it was because i failed to pick up my order. why was i not notified that it was canceled? how was i supposed to pick up an order that was never ready?
the employees kept whining about being understaffed because you couldn’t hire anybody. maybe try making a hospitable work environment and you won’t have that problem.
i’ve been in the service industry long enough to sympathize for being stressed, but the behavior and attitude i was shown was far from acceptable.
if i was given even 5 minutes of attention, i could have avoiding wasting a whole day of my life and spending so much time under the harsh fluorescent lights of your store while being rudely dismissed by your employees
i’m so excited to receive the same copy and pasted response that every bad review gets for your store
i still have no hopes of receiving the phone i paid for. so this was all for nothing
