Aspen was SO fantastic! I had been having incredibly frustrating experiences trying to solve account issues via numerous phone calls and chats with the main Verizon customer service lines. Aspen was so helpful and patient and literally spent hours of his time getting things figured out and remedied. He went to a lot of effort to give me a good customer experience and I really really appreciate it!!! HUGE THANKS!!!!!

I would like to personally thank Aspen for all of his hard work and efforts in getting my family of 4 new phones and the switching of one of the plans. He went above and beyond including reaching out to me on his day off to update me on the phones. When in the store and working with him personally he took his time in finding the best deal for us and explained everything all along the way. He made our experience a great one!!!

Left in Tears – This Store Does Not Care About Customers I made it explicitly clear from the beginning of my appointment: I was happy to pay full price for the new iPhone. I simply wanted the phone—nothing more. For over an hour, the sales rep ignored that and pushed every upsell imaginable: switching my legacy plan, changing my entire family’s plan, adding insurance, starting home internet, and even opening a new phone line for the phone I was not trading in. The phone I wanted was literally sitting on the desk in front of me 15 minutes into the appointment—and yet he kept me there for over an hour trying to manipulate me into options I politely declined. At the end of all this, he told me I should just go buy the phone from Apple.com because it would be “much cheaper,” then dismissed me with a smug, “I’m treating you like family” line. No—he was treating me like a sales quota, not a person. I went home and attempted to order from Apple. Of course, it wasn’t “much cheaper." Plus were there additional hurdles with the transaction and there would also be a significantly longer wait for the phone. I returned to the store less than 10 minutes later, only to be told: 1. There were now six people ahead of me in line and it would be a two-hour wait, and 2. The phone I had in-hand earlier was now sold out. When I expressed my frustration, the same rep snapped at me and claimed he had “spent an hour outlining my options.” No. He spent an hour ignoring my preferences and pressuring me into plan changes that benefit Verizon, not me. I asked for the manager—who was just as dismissive. He offered me a store number to “file a complaint,” as if I could take more time out my day to waste chasing accountability that will lead nowhere. I’m a full-time working mom of two and had already wasted hours of my day. This store’s behavior left me in tears. They acted like they were “helping” me, but really, they were stalling, misleading, and manipulating me to maximize their commission and get me off a plan that Verizon no longer finds profitable. Once I pushed back, they couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. No accountability. No apology. No attempt to fix the situation. If you must go into this store, come with your guard up, know exactly what you want, and shut down the upselling immediately. Do not let them waste your time or take advantage of your politeness. This place does not care about doing right by its customers.

Gabe was a life saver and helped me over the course of 2 weeks solve a big issue on my phones. He sat with me for at least 3 hours while we reset my apple password and then finish setting up my new phone! Keep Gabe please!!! He should represent your company in management!!!
