I had a very lovely experience at the Valley River location yesterday (2/19/26) upgrading all phones on my plan! Shout out to Stella! You have to know this, she’s very kind, sweet, helpful, and a very good personality! She got us the best deal possible for our plan! She’s a great employee, and deserves to be shouted out for an excellent customer service rep!!! Seriously, management needs to know, she went above kindness, she’s just awesome, and I’m glad that everything went smoothly. Anyways, if we have another business with Verizon, I’ll be requesting her, and I hope she realizes just how awesome she is! Thank you for the upgrades! Everyone is happy with their phones. Seriously, best day ever :)

I came with the expectation of receiving better service after switching from another carrier. Unfortunately, instead of a positive experience, I was left feeling stressed due to my interaction with the consultant. The employee persistently tried to sell me services I did not need, including a YouTube Premium subscription and additional insurance coverage for a new phone, even though I clearly stated from the beginning that I was not interested. The premium plan I was considering already costs $90 per month.
I also clearly specified the color of the phone I wanted, and the consultant confirmed that it was in stock. However, after I refused the additional subscriptions he was trying to sell, he brought me a phone in a different color that I did not want and claimed it was a mistake, saying that my preferred color was supposedly no longer available.
This kind of treatment feels extremely unprofessional and creates a sense of pressure and manipulation. This experience completely destroyed my desire to continue doing business with this company.
