- CDChris DushaneDec 9, 20231.0They wouldn’t let my wife or I back there with our dog. They cited Covid restrictions yet pretty much none of the staff was wearing masks. This is in December of 2023 where people can walk in and out of hospitals without any regulations. One of the staff members was very rude. We had to ask them twice to stop them from continuing with our dog. The vet then came out and explained some malarkey about they wanted to see how the dog was without us, but we would be allowed in if necessary until they had to give her shots, then we absolutely wouldn’t be allowed back there, because Covid only matters when they say it does. Don’t bring your pets here.

The staff not only diagnosed our baby, but went over and beyond to help get him in to the most affordable clinic to do a surgery on a Friday afternoon. I'm forever grateful to this clinic. Highly recommended for sure!

- LJLynnette JohnsonNov 12, 20205.0My lil boys cat Simba suddenly was laid out and in distress. We got there early to be the first one in... we were frantic! The lady at the desk came out and asked what was wrong and when I told her, she rushed us right in! Unfortunately Simba was having heart failure and we made the tough decision to end his suffering. The entire staff from start to finish went beyond measure with care, empathy and professionalism.... especially as my 6 year old Grandson was inconsolable. As we were leaving, one of the ladies asked if he could have a gift and gave him a Halloween present she had made. I don’t have enough words to say how grateful I am ... but Thank you so much!!!
