We had a bad experience at our previous vet office, so we were hesitant and a little anxious to switch to a new clinic. When we switched to VCA Delta Oaks, we Immediately felt safe to trust them with our pets care. They don't treat us like a number, they treat us like family. If any of our pets have an urgent issue, they work hard to try get us in right away. Highly recommend everyone there- even the front desk staff are AMAZING!! Thank you guys for being the best vet care we have EVER received. You guys are a treasure! ❤️❤️❤️

She is so helpful and informative and truly wants the best for my animals. A lot of medical/veterinary people speak and don’t realize that those of us without their expertise don’t know what they are talking about. Dr. Garretson always explains in (human words) as I call them and really wants you to feel comfortable with your treatment. She’s never pushy and always so kind. My dog isn’t a fan of most but he seems to be just as pleased with her as I am. I also love the follow up after the appointment by office staff to answer any remaining questions. It’s not the most affordable option for veterinary care but I keep coming back solely due to Dr. Garretsons care.

Even my stubborn husky! They make us all feel very loved when we come in, also, my dogs get extremely excited when we pull up to the vet.. if that’s not a good sign I’m not sure what is!

I received misinformation from the staff that led to unnecessary consequences, and when the issue was brought up, management did not take responsibility. Customers should not have to pay the price for staff or communication errors. Pet care requires trust, and unfortunately, that trust was broken here.

When I mentioned this to another tech, she told me that she really enjoys the other tech's perfume and that I should just give my dog a bath. Like that's no big deal - just give your dog a bath after he's just been to the vet. This was a really horrible experience and I will definitely be looking for another vet.
