He was super patient, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. Allen really knows his stuff and you can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just getting through his shift. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free, which is rare these days. I pulled 3 lines from xfinity and had a buncg of issues come up but he was patient and very helpful. Thank you Allen!!
