The guy with glasses working the night of the 26th of may was rude, couldn’t give me reasons for extra little fees. He also seemed super annoyed that I was even there. I feel bad that Chloe was learning from that guy. I stopped the entire process and just went to Best Buy. It’s sad that I got better service there than I got at an actual Verizon store. I would love a call from the manager
