    Oddly enough, I get my phone service through T-Mobile. Recently I ordered a iPhone 17pmax and instead of being delivered to the postal service one door over, it had arrive here to the Verizon store. Kyle and his team immediately reached out to me stating they received my phone and was welcome to stop by anytime to pick it up. They treated me like I was a longtime customer and I truly appreciate their support. Thanks guys!!!

    Came in the store to port over my phone number and Eli was unable to help me at all. He had an attitude from the start and when I told him other carriers help you port in numbers he scoffed and said “we don’t do that here”. When the automated number told me my number wasn’t eligible he told me to get ahold of AT&T. Eli did nothing to help me. I drove to the Keizer location and they were able to help me but what a waste of time.

    I’m sure the employees here are great, but don’t bother wasting any time dealing with them. The only people who can actually help you are located at a call center in India, likely being paid less than $1 per day. Good luck communicating with them. If there was a company so horrible that I’d consider giving up mobile phones entirely it’s Verizon.
