Hours of waiting, zero communication, and a total failure to mention my dog’s dangerously high blood pressure (210) despite her heart condition. They seemed more interested in pushing a $2,000 diagnostic plan than actually stabilized my pet. To cap it off, they quoted $800 for euthanasia right before she passed. Greed over grace. We are done with VCA for good. If I could put no stars I would.
- JMJim MMar 6, 20265.0I highly recommend Dr. Scherlie and the staff. They were incredibly kind and informative and helped put us at ease during a very stressful situation with our dog. They explained what was going on, walked us through the treatment, and were able to diagnose the issue with almost immediate results. If you ever need a veterinary eye specialist, this is the office to call.

They performed an outstanding emergency surgery on my dog and truly saved his life. From the welcoming front desk team to the skilled surgery and nursing staff, it was an incredible group effort marked by compassion and expertise. We're so grateful—thank you all!
- RDRay DeeFeb 25, 20261.0Please please please check other emergency clinics. Unless your pet is absolutely in life or death at the moment, it is so much more worth waiting at the busy emergencies. This one was 4 times the price of the others, but quick to get into because of it. So for absolute dire emergencies, this would work for no wait. But otherwise, save the thousands of dollars and just wait at the other emergencies around.
