    Today I was very impressed with this Canby Verizon. I had a problem with my account and they did not give up until it was resolved. It took a lot of patience.

    Avoid creating a ghost account at all costs. The representatives that we worked with did us a favor by creating "ghost lines" for my partner and I, but said employees didn't have the required experience to do so successfully. This lead to me having to get help from the amazing cooperate representative for Verizon "Joey". Joey helped get things in oder but this took a lot of effort and time to find the right lines and key words to use with the automated system. Lot's of time spent with the representatives fixing the lines (at least 10 hours), plenty of extra dollars spent and many moment of funstraition. I'd avoid making any number switches with this location at all costs, just call a hotline or at least make sure your situation isn't from a business to a consumer line. Make sure your previous phone is under your account if not previously and make sure that it's paid off to make everything as smooth as possible. I think the ultimate probelm here was a lack of communication between the customer and employees. I hope to see better days with Verizon in the future.
