He waived the restocking fee for the phone I didn’t want because the first guy hadn’t told me about it, and was just generally really kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Just wanted a new I phone 17 and to trade in my old 15. Left with my new 17 an for some reason my old 15 with a new number on it “well just in case” or if you need a “work phone” and most important.. “this is a free line an or won’t affect your bill, it’s a part of our promotion”. Been dealing with Verizon support to correct all these new charges on my account since. Give people what they ask for not what you make your biggest commission off.
