    I recently had a very complicated issue with my phone that no one seemed to be able to figure out. I met with Christ Dalessi in the Verizon store an showed him. NO JOKE, we worked on it for a day or two...the guy wouldn't give up and we finally figured it out. Bottom line, I have rarely experienced that level of customer support and was blown away. Phone stuff sucks but when you have amazing people like Chris taking time and even missing lunch to make things right, you are in good hands. Never experienced that at T-Mobile...highly recommend the team there...they were amazing!

    Andrew provided exceptional service when I switched my service over to Verizon. He helped set up my new phone and iPad, as well as my husband’s watch, and handled everything with such patience and professionalism. What started as a stressful situation quickly turned around thanks to his calm, friendly approach. When an unexpected issue popped up while trying to get my old phone traded in, Andrew went above and beyond to figure it out and get it resolved. On top of all that, he even helped us find ways to save money on our bill, which we truly appreciated. His dedication and willingness to help made all the difference. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

    Patric was amazing on helping me through my broken phone to my new phone, and getting things switched over, he also helped me get my watch reconnected to my new phone and was genuinely grateful for his support and service, I would recommend Patric and Bailey for help, I give them both 4-5 stars for their help and support. I appreciate Patric’s help and the time he had to help me.

    I went into the store with questions about my bill David O. was great! He took the time to fully understand the issue and spent time with Verizon Customer Service on the telephone to resolve the problem. David was very personable, knowledgeable and was a a great representative for the Verizon brand. I will definitely go to him the next time I have a question or need to purchase a cell phone product.

    Jasmine, Jasmine, Jasmine, they don't have enough stars to give this amazing human. Long story short, my number was hacked and these individuals got into my information in a very deep and obnoxious way where it was basically identity theft and they creatively locked me out of my verizon account. Jasmine legitimately worked with me for 5 hours in the store, we were also able to recruit an amazing customer service rep, Brian, who stayed with us for 4 of these glorious hours and they helped me through 3 calls with fraud department, finding out how the hell these hackers got into my account, quietly undid these hackers work where we were able to get back in (big assist from Fraud) add a line, kill my old number (RIP) and lock it, officially granting autonomy back in our court. We had some ups and downs over 5 freaking hours (what a journey), but the tumultuous battle ended in our favor. To send me off with a bow, she was able to score me some party favors that will certainly keep me with verizon - I've had verizon since 2004, the last 15 years on my own account. In the middle of all of this, Jasmine also recognized there were legit better plan options out there for me. So not only was she helping with this back-end stuff, but during all of the noise, she checked to see how else we could optimize our time together. It's customer service like this that makes you want to stay with any company, even mega-companies that you might not necessarily want to for your own reasons. Jasmine, thank you, thank you, thank you. 20 stars. Give her a raise. Brian too.
