    Not a real Verizon store. Didn’t do the order all the way so I had to do more steps to actually get my refund and couldn’t just do it over the phone. Not an actual Verizon store.

    Zero stars neededed but not allowed. Getting out of my contract with verizon was the best day of my life. There are better and cheaper better cell carriers . I am sure they are all better. Verizon does a great job of promising. I was actually at the store when i started writing this review. After 3 years of sevice and 12000 dollars wasted. Yes that right 12k. ! 580 a month for 9 business lines. 300 was more than promised and verbally agreed on. Nut like millions of verizon customers I was bait and switched . They are always getting sued for this but i didnt know. I also didnt know they sell everyones data. Look it up. I was promised 25 dollars a line for phones and 15 for tablets and watches. I traded in my paid of devices and signed the contract.... the people at verizon are paid to lie and scam you. This is just a warning to unknowing individuals like i was. The salesman that lied got fired but i was already under contract and then they told me it would cost 8k to cancel 9 lines. So i paid the extra money. Paid my 580 a month for 3 years .I did what i was contracted to do. Every month verizon financially raped my checkbook and gave average cell service on top of that. When a phone broke i got downgraded models because they "are out of stock". SO IF YOU ENJOY BEING LIED TOO AND SCREWED OVER FOR YEARS AND GETTING AVERAGE CELL TOO !!! join verizon and enjoy what financial rape feels like. Do your research. This company is the worst. Every cell company works off all the same cell towers. They do not provide any better coverage than anybody else. I go to every corner of oregon for work so i have seen there is only difference in the phone you have not the carrier. They do cost more and lie more so they are great at some things. Good luck getting any help with service after you sign up. Nobody even offered help to me for 20 minutes to unlock a phone. Leaving the verizon phone in the garbage and this review and walking out the door. Hopefully this review stops someone from signing a contract. Fyi... the overseas call center / customer support will tell you to read the contract before you sign and its "your fault " and nothing can be done except pay the early termination fees. The used car salesman at this location wont help you either. Make sure you read every page of the contract you sign. I wish someone gave me this warning... dont contract with verizon. Huge mistake. I wasted about 300 a month on top of what everyone else charges. The best was when they say the only thing that can be done... is you overpay thosands for service ...or pay almost a $1000 a line (×9) to cancel service.

    Had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Derek — the one with the bow tie! He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers, which is rare these days. If you go in, ask for Derek — the bow tie is a good sign you’re in good hands.

    REALLY hard to know where to start with this team at the Verizon in Bend. From someone who has been a Nordstrom employee in the past, my hope and expectations for quality Customer Service is always present, but not always satisfied :-) Bailey, Patrick and Jazz were absolutely amazing in making a recent new phone purchase effortless. It’s just so great in this day and age to go into a store in the city where you live - meet great human beings who get along with one another and support each other in their work environment. Thank you to the extraordinary Bend Verizon team - I hope you are acknowledged by your supervisor. You guys are the best. ❤️🙌🏻

    Don't read this as a flame mail but a cautionary tale. We've historically purchased 1 phone from this store & loved the process & the product. This time around the service, communication, and results were awful. We purchased a phone for my son on 12/31 with the understanding that it wasn't in inventory & would be shipped out as he's away at college. This understanding was confirmed 3x with the salesman Cody before ordering the phone, and again when it arrived in their store on 1/14 saying the phone would be sent on 1/17. Not seeing the phone 10 days later I've tried to get in touch with someone in charge 7x. Finally Kristopher returns a call and promises to look into it as Cody is out on extended leave again (which has happened twice). Kristopher doesn't keep his promise to call back the next day, and 4 days later I call back to speak with him. I'm hung up on three times. I finally speak to a team lead Chris D who says what Cody had promised multiple times is all wrong, they won't ship a phone and somebody needs to pick it up in person. Apologies galore from them and I'm guessing they may even respond to this review with one, but no phone, one frustrated customer who will *NEVER* use this store again and warn others.
