  They wanted to wait until Thursday to be able to receive a refund for a purchase - attempted to request a refund for returning a device - they were telling me to leave and come back when the manager is available; they ultimately refunded me and the manager mentioned to the employee that I’m trespassed; it required about two hours of connecting customer support as well as the help desk - where effectively the employee decided to contact the manager and finally approved the refund - I am personally never doing business with cricket after this. This is how you apparently operate a store.

  Don't expect them to answer phone.. They are nice in person though! Don't ever expect to have service all the time in your normal service area like ya know a normal big city like bend. Don't expect to have good streaming without buffering remember if your with cricket you come second to at@t. Pretty annoying when you can't make a call when you need to. Them when you call cricket bend they don't answer. Guess that's what you pay for though. Like literally they don't even have an answering machine....... Try it
