- BBBrady BarnesonApr 2, 20262.0Online orders arent worth the waste of time. Have to go in and show your drivers license and have to make sure you put the person who is picking it up on the order. I just dealt with a headache to pick up a mini fridge for a disabled family member. Last time I deal with bestbuys online orders.

- TSTy SumnerMar 13, 20261.0Won't ever order from Best Buy again. Pre-ordered a phone two weeks before release. They gave me a date of delivery and when it came, the phone never showed up. The emailed me that day stating it was delayed. I called and ordered the same phone in a color they said was in stock and guaranteed me delivery in two days. Two days later I get another email stating the "in stock" phone was now delayed. They also took away the promotional credit for trade-in that was with my original order and would not give that to me on this order. I called an explained the issues and they refused to help in any way. They didn't care that their previous employee guaranteed me delivery by a certain date and their website order status even backed up that date. If a company stops caring about customers just because they are big enough to not notice the loss of one or two, that's when I move on.
