They always make sure it feels like a personal experience and get me the best deal they can. I’ve had Carlos go out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted even if it wasn’t in stock he called another store. Javier moved to this location and always makes me feel important and listens to what I say to make sure I leave happy. There’s been a few employees at this store that had me going to other locations (the taller guy with the long hair) He was SOO rude I didnt come back to this location for probably six months even though its the closest Cricket store to me, but I decided to give it another chance and I’m SO glad I did (and I’m so glad that guy is gone. THANK YOU CARLOS AND JAVIER!!!
