We had previously been at the Hillsboro location but after having a bad experience we headed to the Beaverton location. Where Carlos and Javier helped and explained everything in detail with us they took the time to go over everything that the store in Hillsboro didn’t tell us. On top of that we appreciated that they were able to communicate and get our issues fix. Even though this location is a bit far for me it’s definitely worth the drive for the customer service 👍🏽👍🏽

It took two hours in store communicating with multiple Customer Service agents online to get my info back. Javier's unrelenting commitment to finding a resolution to the problem was amazing. He was able to assist other customer while pushing forward to a solution. Absolutely incredible. Great job.
