Would give less than one star. Waited 30 minutes to buy a phone. Stood there and they kept saying 5 mins more. Only one person that could do the service so I waited 30 mins to buy a phone to just have to go somewhere else to have the servce started. Waste of time Waste of time Waste of time.

Wide variety but the staff dont know very much about what they are selling, computers and monitors at least. Not a single person could answer my questions and they did not direct me to someone who could. If you know what you want, then Best Buy is great. As nice as can be, just dont ask too much of them.

I was scammed by Best Buy Beaverton's "Excellent Condition" rating. I traded up for a MacBook Air M3, but the laptop arrived with a muddy box and a clear coffee mug watermark etched into the cover. This is not "excellent"—it's deceptive quality control, as a hot liquid mark suggests the possibility of non-visible internal damage.
The truly shocking part? My attempt at resolution with "Manager" Ben.
Ben was openly condescending and rude. When I raised the issue, explicitly stating I only wanted to exchange the unit or receive a price adjustment for the 'Okay Condition' rating, he refused, using the original $1400 price of the (two-year-old) M3 model to gaslight me, insisting I should be "grateful" for the price I got. He was not interested in meeting my request to re-grade the item. He then rudely wiped the coffee stain with his oily finger and said the problem was "gone," completely ignoring the product's misgraded condition and the risk implied by the hot coffee mark.
When I persisted and asked to speak to a manager, he arrogantly confirmed, "I am the manager," and then threatened me, stating, "If you like to sever the business relation, we do not mind."
This is not customer service; it is toxic, patronizing management. Avoid the Best Buy Beaverton store until this individual is no longer in a leadership position. They prioritize gaslighting over integrity.

I recently had a surprising and very frustrating experience here. Months back I pre-ordered a game, specifically because Best buy had a neat collectors item for the pre-order bonus. When I went to pick up my game, not only did the employee struggle for several minutes to even find it, I also wasn't given the pre-order bonus. I asked why and was told they ran out. That made no sense to me, and what is the point of pre-ordering something if they're not going to order the correct amount? It was extremely frustrating and I felt I wasted my time during the whole exchange. I returned the game on the spot and went to Gamestop. Highly recommend avoiding this location.
