Our agreement was that you would automatically deduct $119 from my account every month. Despite the fact that they were deducting $119 from our account every month, I don't know why they took all the money paid and charged us an additional $225. Nothing they said was true and no one answered. I asked them repeatedly why they were charging us this extra amount. They didn't give us any reason that would satisfy us. I want everyone who buys from Best Buy to be very aware of this so that they don't take too much of their money. Thank you.
- REreal ernieMar 22, 20265.0The Best Buy is great! They have a huge selection of electronics and more stuff! I did not know a Best buy will have blenders and juicers, but this one had them! The employees are also very kind and always are happy to help. The store has so much stuff to see. Many of their items are great, but they are way too overpriced. $600 for something online for only $200 is a big difference. But still the Best Buy is great and a great and fun visit. Lots of Best Buys are closing, but I am glad this one stayed. I hopefully will come back. Highly recommended for a visit.
