  Januray 7 arround 7:45 PM : Very rude staff though compared to other locations especially the 3 muskeeters in Laptop section were just standing helping none of the customers not even asking for any help i called someone for a chromebook i was looking to buy to know the difference between the asus and Acer one and i was completly ignored, i dont know if it was because of the color of my skin or maybe the 3 employées didn't wanted to work or help at all The cahier that checked out my laptop was also very rude. Won't be going to this location again

  Best Buy doesn’t stand by their name. I purchased an “open box” Apple Watch series 10 from their website as a Christmas gift only to find out it was locked by the previous owners account. The purchase website and receipts all have the Best Buy name and logo but now they say it was from their market place and they are not responsible. I am able to send back for a full refund however no compensation for the time wasted and I am still left without a Christmas gift. I was offered to purchase a series 11 for regular price which is $150 more than the series 10 I had purchased and for the difference, the series 11 isn’t worth it.

  Really bad customer service. I came in to look for a wifi router. First staff told me wait and left. 2nd one told me to go to the computer section instead of actually helping. Ya, good luck having your job security and good luck keeping these physical stores open. Not coming back. And I didn’t find the router at all (all done by myself in 20 mins time. No one approached to help).

  Ordered an Ipad to be delivered in store at Best Buy. The courier which I've never heard of is Metro E24. Their original delivery attempt failed citing store was closed with a picture just outside of the store which is dumb enough already because why go past store hours. When we went to pickup 2 days later after it finally said delivered - we asked that the box be opened and the employee knew right away it was empty because of how light the box was. Turns out she said it was the second box that day that was delivered my Metro that was missing an Ipad. The delivery picture does not even show in store - it was taken outside and actually shows a different box than the one they delivered. I do not understand why Best Buy continues to use them with such blatant scams occurring and such terrible reviews and service. We even tried asking Best Buy to contact them directly after the first failed delivery to which the customer service reps on the phone said they can only contact through a portal and theres no email or phone number for them.

  What an Experience. Very disappointing experience with Best Buy on Weston Road , 7850. I ordered an item for delivery and it never arrived. There was little to no communication about the delay, and customer service was not helpful when I tried to get answers. I had to spend extra time following up just to find out what was going on, which shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility. This experience was frustrating and unreliable, and it makes me hesitant to order from this location again.
