    I first visited this location to purchase a new iPad, and the employee who assisted me was very helpful. I received prompt service and had a great experience. However, when I returned a week later to exchange my iPad for a different color, my experience was much different. I stood near the Apple section—where I originally bought my iPad—for about 15 minutes, but no one approached me for assistance. I then went to the customer service desk and asked if they could help with the exchange. The employee there told me that someone in the Apple section would assist me, and she even communicated over the walkie-talkie that I was heading back. When I returned to the Apple area, I asked a nearby employee if he could help me with the exchange. He told me to go back to customer service, which was confusing since I had just come from there and was instructed to return to the Apple booth. He insisted customer service should be able to process the exchange and said I could wait at the Apple section if I preferred. I waited another 30 minutes at the Apple booth, looking around for assistance, but no one came—even though customer service had already notified someone. I eventually managed to get a worker’s attention while he was talking with a coworker. His response felt reluctant, saying, “I guess I could help you,” before finally assisting with the exchange. Although my exchange was eventually completed, the overall experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing, especially compared to the excellent service I received during my initial visit. I understand when stores are busy and I saw that some of the workers were busy helping other customers to which I waited until I saw someone free, but when I eventually asked for help it just felt dismissive.

    I went to pick up an item I had ordered online. The greeter was very pleasant and she smiled when I walked in. I asked her where would I volunteer my online order and she was more than willing to direct me. The store wasn't very busy and there were a lot of sales associates in each department. Service was very fast I was in and out in less than 5 mins

    I have been a customer at this location for quite some time and generally have positive experiences. Today, however, I encountered an issue that I felt was important to bring to your attention. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by an employee named Fariha, who was very professional and made a great first impression also great perfume and hair done. Unfortunately, when I was directed to another staff member at the back, I noticed a strong personal odor that made the interaction uncomfortable. The employee’s name, I believe, is Noor. I fully understand that everyone can have off days; however, in a customer-facing environment, maintaining proper hygiene is essential for both comfort and professionalism. I hope that this feedback can be used constructively to ensure consistent standards across the team.
