I visited this location around 7:30 PM because my current phone was badly damaged and I urgently needed a new device and a new number. The service I received was incredibly dismissive and inconsistent. Initially, the representative told me the iPhone 17 Pro Max was in stock, but as soon as he realized I was a new customer, he suddenly claimed they had no 17 series available at all. He then dismissed my interest in Samsung without checking the system, claiming they were entirely out of stock due to a future launch. Even when I agreed to settle for a Pixel 10 just to have a working phone, he spent several minutes pretending to help before claiming his 'system crashed.' Despite there being 15–20 minutes left before closing, he was visibly annoyed and eventually pushing me to go to the Vaughan Mills location instead. It was clear he was simply avoiding a new activation close to the end of his shift, leaving me without a phone in an emergency situation."

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and misleading behavior I experienced at Best Buy. The sales agent, assured me that the Oakley Meta glasses would be delivered the very next day. I clearly informed her that this was an urgent purchase for an important event. Based on her firm assurance, I stopped checking other stores after already visiting 2–3 locations and waited the entire day expecting delivery.
To my shock, after receiving no update, I contacted customer care only to find out that the product had not even been shipped. This is completely unacceptable. Making false promises just to secure a sale is highly unethical and feels like a deliberate attempt to boost personal sales numbers without regard for customer inconvenience or loss.
Because of this misinformation, I suffered inconvenience, wasted valuable time, and faced loss related to my event. I expect proper compensation for the trouble caused and immediate expedited delivery of my product.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope Best Buy takes this complaint seriously and ensures accountability.

I have been to this store and brought ps5, sony and samsung headphones, though the product quality is very good. I stepped in today to buy galaxy watch and but as usual i was not greeted which is not a big deal but there were no one to assist even though i went to billing and other customer support person in the store. This has been consistent throughout all my visit and i am writing this review and giving 2* only for quality in their products but would give 0* for their customer support. Wasted close to 30mins and yet none showed up. All i can see is people talking with their phones.

I bought windows 11 and they cldnt install when I called them for return they never bothered to ask me why the software cldnt install all she said was the return period has lapsed, atleast the online chat was better, Harshitha M was better she asked me to take to the store and they try to help me, I am lucky it was not the whole PC, I am 100% sure these guys cannot RECALL a faulty product even if it's the whole batch. I didn't feel consumer protectionism at all and I'll let it slide but, Best buy you deserved a lawsuit. I won't give it another try they're 100% unreliable. Matter of fact this was after Microsoft asked me to return it to them.

I went to look for a tablet, in particular a Samsung s10fe which is on sale from Samsung themselves. I chatted with a bestbuy support member and they said it is price match eligible, however when I went into the store the team lead said they can only price match with Amazon , while most retailers don't even price match with Amazon . Bestbuy make up your mind if you guys price match with Samsung.
Also all the employees are either vacuuming or are on their personal phones. Usually when you enter your swarmed by salespeople but today it was a ghost town.
