    Best Buy does not stand by their name and should stick to best buy only and not marketplace! The refund/ return process is exhausting and you have to pay to return and wait months for communication or follow up- never mind the refund! BETTER OFF WITH AMAZON - zero stress!

    I had a really great experience with a Geek Squad representative kenneth from this Best Buy store who helped me fix an issue with my laptop’s start key not working. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to carefully understand the problem and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and willingness to help without rushing. Thanks to his support, my issue was resolved smoothly. Truly excellent customer service — very helpful and approachable. I really appreciate the assistance!

    I'm coming to that location because it's close to my house . Last year we came to got an ipad and we want it to make a finance they told us to scan the barcode and enter our information . We tried at least 5-6 times but it didn't work we asked the employees they said we have to call them even if it's not our fault so we went to another store to buy it. I came today again because ı needed a computer for my school and we want it to make finance we did the same thing and we had the same issue again. The lady at customer service didn't believe us and I entered all my information in front of her and she saw it as well. I'm never coming back because of this ridiculous system

    Had a terrible experience at this store recently. I placed an order on March 16th 2026 for a MacBook for a pickup. They told to wait for an email when the MacBook is ready for pickup and I waited for the email for 10 days. Nothing. I got an email from Fairstone that my payment was processed on 19th for the order yet the store manager declined and first said it was cancelled by them due to payment issue. I called Fairstone right there and they confirmed payment went through, so there goes the lie told to us by the Manager, Anton. Then , he said it was cancelled by us, which we never did. (I decided to walk in on March 25th 2026 and got to know that the order is cancelled and the manager there, Anton, said it was cancelled by us, which we never did) We were lied to multiple times for this and were told to wait 48 hours until they can find a solution. Today, the same manager, Anton, literally told us to either take $50 as a compensation, which was ridiculous, or leave. Mind you!! The manager ASKED US TO LEAVE THE STORE. He was extremely rude and was frustrating to deal with! Someone like him should not be a manager who does not how to deal with customers! There was definitely more he could do for us to make it a pleasant experience at the end but he CHOSE NOT TO. He seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. There was no value given to us as a regular customer which was shocking! We waited 10 days and decide to walk in, thats when we knew the order was never placed but we were given a confirmation receipt at the time. We put our faith and trust in them and thats how we got treated! Imagine we had waited more time for them to contact us! All this while, my fairstone payment was still in place, yet refused by the manager in store that they do not have an order’! Customer service on the phone CONFIRMED that the freaking store cancelled our order and Anton, REFUSED TO TRUST and LIED to us that the store did not cancel the order!! We have been a regular customer of this location and never ever had an experience like this but Anton was extremely frustrating to deal with!! He even told us there is no necessity that you receive an email for cancellation of orders. How the hell is a customer supposed to know what the hell is going on! He put the blame on us when they cancelled our order and did not even help!! I am definitely not going back to the store! What a waste of time! Totally ruined my interest to go back there. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH ANTON. He is not helpful at all! He will lie to you !!
