Staff tells me they will check in the back again, otherwise I may need to buy online. OK I keep waiting. 10 minutes later I’m still waiting and I see the same staff helping ANOTHER customer. I am literally standing there in the mouse section and being completely ignored as the staff member helps another customer find a mouse. Left the store ignored and feeling humiliated. Staff couldn’t take the 5 seconds to tell me, sorry, we couldn’t find it? So yes, I will be ordering online but not from Best Buy. Not giving these guys my business again. I wanted to experience if purchasing from brick and mortar, but obviously staff doesn’t really care. Would have made manager aware of this unacceptable customer service but had to go back to work.
