  Both times I visited this location, I haven't had a very good experience. The first time, I purchased Pokémon ZA and was promised a promotional code would be sent to my email, but I never received it. I went back to give them another chance, and for the second time in the store, I noticed all the employees were busy talking to each other, not interested in making a single sale. I walked around the computer department looking for a tablet for around ten minutes without a single person asking me if I needed any help. It was not busy at all. Multiple employees made eye contact with me and proceeded to look down at the ground instead of asking me if I needed any assistance. This problem is becoming increasingly more frequent in the retail industry, and I find it a little absurd that a store is losing so much money because their staff just don't care and are there for a paycheck.

  Customer service number is garbage. I wanted to call to check stock as one item was left. Patched me into a canada-wide call center. The guy read me out what bestbuy.ca. Thanks captain obvious.... Then told me the only way to ask the store staff is to go in person or to request a call back and they will call me in the next 24 hours. I then hung up. What is this world coming to?

  Purchased an H P 27 inch all in one computer from whitby store Oct 14. Paid in full was told it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. When it did not I went to the store, they had 2 in stock. I asked for them to give one of them. They said no I had to wait for the one on order. I said cancel the one on order and I will buy the one in stock. But was told I could not cancel my order until it was received at the store. This makes absolutely no sense at all. They could not even tell me when the one on order would be received. I paid for a computer they have one in stock but refused to accommodate me.

  Any electronics I have bought here are defective. Samsung cord? Stopped charging within a month. Bought a Ring Doorbell, defective right out of the box. Go somewhere else for your electronics. Best buy sells garbage.
