  I’ve been to this location a couple of times and I’ve always left feeling satisfied with the service offered. On my last visit however I got helped by Andrew and I although I had a complicated transaction he was very patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s helped me a couple a times and has always been awesome but this time I wanted to shout him out because he went above and beyond. He adds great service to this location 👍

  Eric was friendly upon walking in and helpful throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable on what I was asking about. Andrew also stepped in to help for a bit, both were awesome and highly recommended the whitby store because of them!

  Good customer service here at the desk! Andrew is great, my experience with him at cash was more memorable than the one I had with staff on the floor to pick out the actual product lol!

  My laptop was crashing... I knew I needed help. I took my laptop to the Geek Squad on Victoria Rd in Whitby. Ashlin, the lady working the counter alone, was overwhelmed with customers. Ashlin handled the demand very well. She was very helpful to me and apologized profusely for the time it took to help me. Ashlin is the epitomy of grace under pressure. Wonderful customer service.

  The Best Buy Whitby customer service desk, especially an associate named Ty, really went above and beyond in helping me with pulling up an invoice from over a year and a half ago. He did some amazing investigative work despite having very little information to go on, and was able to print me a copy that I could submit for my manufacturer warranty. Many other people would have thought it impossible and might have given up, but he really put in the extra steps to do this for me and I am SO SO SO grateful. I even asked if I could get a manager contact to make sure he got recognized, but he humbly said it wasn't necessary. Every other employee I interacted with was also very kind and courteous. Thank you Ty!!! We need more people like him in the world.
