- JDJeff DyckFeb 18, 20261.0Made an online order for a fridge. Delivery window 9:00 to 12:00 came and went. Called around 2:30 for an update. Only when I called did they share that there was an issue with the order and the fridge would not be delivered. This after I disconnected the water line, emptied the fridge and moved it to the front door to make the delivery easier. Not to mention the time booked off work to be home to accept delivery. No courtesy call from Best Buy or their delivery service. This is completely disappointing and unacceptable. Will think twice before ordering from Best Buy again.

Despite being within the return period and fully functional, the store refused to accept the return due to a minor cosmetic scratch. The staff was dismissive, uncooperative, and made no effort to help or escalate the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not return to this store and will be sharing my experience publicly on my YouTube channels so Best Buy is aware of how poorly customers are treated.
