  Went in to get some cords. Was greeted at the door and taken directly where we needed to go - in and out... perfect! Got the cords.

  Beware of being scammed!! My 14-year old son spent his Christmas money on a new pair of Airpods pro and was charged for a $20 cleaning kit that he never asked for, or received. This was blatant theft and they took advantage of a teenager. Had I not checked his receipt, they would have gotten away with it. Be careful and please double check your receipt at this store (ask for a hard copy vs email). Apple Store...do better!!! You should be ashamed.

  I was in a scary situation where guys threatened me and were following me and my friend around the mall. We ended up coming to the store and telling one of the employees and they immediately called security and told us we could stay in the back of the store. The employees and manager were EXTREMELY kind, multiple of the floor workers came to check on us while we were waiting for our ride and made sure we had someone to walk us out. Absolutely amazing staff, all excellent people and so extremely helpful (Especially the two girls with black hair). I’m usually hesitant to leave 5 star reviews for big companies like this. But these people truly deserve it.

  What’s the point in making an appointment a week in advance to have your phone repaired for back glass replacement. If on the Thursday morning you show up for 10:30am and you don’t get your phone back until 2:10pm. I was told that there were 4 other repairs ahead of mine. I’m guessing walk ins.. I’m not sure. But definitely a couple of issues of scheduling, management, lack of support and or not honouring apt times. Why bother making an apt, which I waited a week I might add, when I can just walk in and wait the same amount of time..

  I am giving this 5-star review solely because of Katria. She is truly outstanding and deserves recognition. Katria was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt supported as a customer. Her professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help are exactly what customer service should look like. I sincerely hope she continues to work at Apple for a very long time because employees like her are rare. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the staff was very disappointing. Most of them had a cold, nonchalant attitude and showed little interest in helping. I was told to wait 2.5 hours for an appointment, so I walked around the mall for a long time, only to later be told that nothing could be done for me that same day. This information could — and should — have been shared from the beginning to avoid wasting my time. Again, Katria was the only reason this experience was salvaged. Apple would greatly benefit from having more employees learn from her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and dedication to helping customers. If you are reading this review Katria, all the best to you. I wish you a great and bright future wherever your career takes you.
