Walked in around 3:30pm - got a text for our 4pm appointment. Waited at genius bar for less than 5 mins. Both employees were great help. First, a guy with a beard and glasses (didnt catch his name). Second was Esther - she also jumped in and out to check on us during the iphone reboot. Super helpful, made sure to tell us we could go back for more help if we needed. As usual, a great experience at an apple store. thanks!

Was quoted FOUR HOURS to replace my battery. They had ONE technician working for the entire store. How is that good customer service, especially when the battery replacement is $150? Just going to get it done elsewhere. Never going back here again.
