  I have been dealing with some issues with my “vintage” macbook pro 2017 for a couple years now in which i had to repair it multiple times. After the most recent repair it was lagging/operating worse than ever. I brought it in to get it looked at, again ready to pay for more work, just for the team to take accountability that the work was not up to par. They replaced my old macbook pro with the newest version, no questions asked. I know this was a unique case but it really shows Apple’s commitment to their customer service and products. I am so thankful to Ven and Ricardo !

  Today I purchased iphone 17 pro here. And the service was awesome they provided the best customer service , given by nikhil or nitik I forgot this name sorry special thx to him and he help me at every point. Thanks again they made my day today.

  Very Disappointing Experience We had a very bad experience at this Apple Store when trying to trade in our iPhone 15 for an iPhone 17. One staff member (Jyoordan) told us we needed to deposit $450 first to complete the trade-in, which was confusing since my husband recently bought the same phone and didn’t have to do that. Another employee, Michael, confirmed that the deposit was only needed if the backup wasn’t done, and we could return the old phone later for a refund. Based on that, we agreed to proceed. Jyoordan even removed my screen protector to check the trade-in value — but then told us the iPhone 17 was suddenly out of stock, even though both of them had said it was available earlier. Neither staff member apologized, and Michael actually joked, saying, “It’s a lesson for you — next time, better to order online.” That was really rude and disappointing. We left without the new phone, my screen protector was removed for nothing, and the whole process was handled very poorly. We expected much better service and professionalism from a reputed company like Apple.

  Disappointing Experience at Apple Store – October 31, 2025 I visited the Apple Store on October 31, 2025, with the intent of purchasing an iPhone. I had already checked online and confirmed with the sales agent, Jorden, that the phone I wanted was in stock. We proceeded with the purchase, and Jorden asked me to remove my screen protector and back cover for the trade-in evaluation. I complied, as per her instructions. However, at the last moment, she informed me that the phone was sold. I was extremely frustrated by this, as I had followed her directions and made preparations for the trade-in based on her guidance. I also spoke with Mikel, who unfortunately offered no help, stating that there was nothing he could do. The lack of professionalism and customer service from both Jorden and Mikel was shocking, especially coming from a company like Apple. In this region, this is the only official Apple Store for iPhones, and unfortunately, many people, including myself, are left with no other option. In the end, I had to spend $80 to replace the screen protector for my old phone, which could have been avoided if proper guidance had been given. I would strongly advise against dealing with Jorden and Mikel, as their lack of knowledge and customer service skills made this experience incredibly frustrating.

  Absolutely awful customer service experience bringing in my device for a battery repair. Initial diagnostic performed by Jonathan was great. Took care of me addressed my concerns and noted that the store would check back in with me to let me know when my device would be repaired. When I went in to initiate the repair I was shocked to find that after 2 weeks of waiting for my part. Now my device was to be dropped off for 5 days. This was not afore mentioned in my confirmation email, nor in the 30 second call I received where I was hung up on. Two of the three employees I spoke with had no explanation other than “reading week” and when I asked if it was standard not to inform their customers of extended wait times prior to their appointments I was given a shrug and the same response of “reading week”. I understand that repairs come in hot and heavy with the students in town. But this isn’t new. There have been three large post secondary schools in the area since the Apple Store came to be at Conestoga mall. The decorum of your staff does not reflect the loyalty or investment that your customers have made in your product. Thoroughly disappointed and concerned what the state of my device will be when it is ready for pick up - maybe in 5 days.
