    Customer service is terrible, walked into the store knowing what I was there to buy. Asked for help to unlock the item from an employee who stated they would have someone over to help shortly. Multiple employees walked past none of which were there to help me apparently as I was met with “I’m with a customer” every time. 20 mins later, I left guess they don’t need the sale. Not the first time this location has completely dropped the ball on me and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

    A big thank you to Kazim at Best Buy! He helped me with my phone trade-in and new purchase, and when I came back few days later to return my old phone, he made the process super easy even though I couldn’t speak much due to a tooth extraction. He was patient, efficient, and very helpful. He is truly excellent!

    Terrible. I can't believe the checkout is at the very back of the store so after wandering trying to find what you want you have to walk back to the very back of the store as far as possible from the door to pay and then walk back to the front to leave. So very stupid. I will never go back. Should have just bought it on amazon. They obviously don't want any return customers. Sell you best buy shares now because they are working to lose customers.

    UODATE: The response by owner to reach out to the generic customer service is not helpful. I already spoke to them and they just told me this is how it works. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!!! MONEY GRAB, SALES TACTIC--you still have to pay for the service! We are so upset, 1 year and 1 month ago we purchased a phone for our daughter who went off to school. They convinced us to get a protection plan. just a few months after purchasing the phone she realized it glitched with everything. Calls drop, notifications of texts often don't come through, calls don't come through, various apps continue to glitch and not work randomly, the phone is extremely slow and lags all the time. We tried to make a service request, which THEY DON'T DO IN STORE, what a hassle! We drove half an hour from out of town. We waited until she was home from school to take it in, that is why we waited so long. Then we found out we will get charged to make the service request on the device that isn't working that we are paying a protection plan for!! THIS IS APPALLING! Horrible service, money grab. We have no guarantee they will even fix the problem, so we are paying money for a lottery we might not win!
