Very rude ....
'Anthony' (may be his name) who sells cell phone. Gentleman through my Credit card to Garbage bin, and did not apologize. May be by mistake, but he is not trying to accept it, worse, he started arguing back. Dear Management, please give proper training to your employees.
Another point, No one at this area(cell phone) has name tag on their shirt. Kindly, follow the Best Buy customer care procedure.

Worst experience, worst store ever. I understand we came on rush day that doesn't give right to talk to customer rudely on top of that three different person gave me 3 different quote for same mobile with same service provider when I point it out they that all people saying different things he rudely asked me go out and by from different store.

Apollo’s service was speedy and effective. Not only did he get me on a plan I love with a phone I adore but he also had amazing customer service skills that was definitely the cherry on top!

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Erik and Nate. From start to finish, both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Erik went above and beyond my expectations by taking the time to make sure we got the best possible deal and everything we needed, explaining our options clearly without any pressure, I have been to multiple Best Buy’s in the past and have never experienced the costumer service Nate and Erik had to offer. Nate helped tremendously setting up our phones and getting them to us the first time around. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and not just making a sale. this level of service is rare and definitely appreciated. I’ll 100% be coming back to purchase all my other electronic needs because of them.

My wife and I entered this location to shop for new phone plans etc. we were approached by two team members and was taken care of by SOHAM, who took his time explaining each and every detail precisely, sold us the plan and a new 17pro max and accessories. My wife and I would love to thank Soham for his excellent service, knowledge, being very enthusiastic going above and beyond. Shortly prior to visiting Best Buy we were at a Freedom mobile kiosk, the person barely spoke English and the Manager was even worse at the level of customer service. Once again Soham you are a top notch, although we live 70kms away from this Best Buy but for our future needs would come to give our business and receive the best customer service. Thank you team and management for having such awesome employees.
