    The lady named Helia was awefully rude. Zero professionalism and consideration for the customers. She didn't have the answer to my question but acted like the answer was obvious. No courtesy or service. Maybe that what you get when you hire low wage employees who do not like their job.

    The guy named PAUL was so rude and was not providing correct information about the protection plan of my friend's phone. He doesn't have the sense of customer service and the way how to talk with customers. Really very bad experience in this Best Buy store. Company should investigate about this person to protect Customer service.
