  Mariah was a very helpful rep. I came in for a charger and he talked me into changing my phone plan for a cheaper price. I will be coming back for his service in the future

  Manish was amazing and very personable. He gave us many deals and fixed my phone and give me a better plan with better service. I will be back to deal with only Manish once my credit is better for new phone.

  I went to Best Buy to get a quality screen protector for a phone I purchased from them. They told me that for my model I needed to have a protection plan. Even though I do have the plan, they said they didn’t have the screen protector in stock and sent me to this location. Here, I was told they only had a few left and I was redirected to a regular mobile shop with low quality products!! I asked if that store was also a Best Buy location and whether I could use my protection plan there, and I was told yes, which was not true because it was just an independent shop! I don’t think this is an appropriate way to treat a customer who came relying on Best Buy’s reputation to complete their purchase.
