  I had a terrible and very unprofessional experience with one of the workers at this location when I went go pick up an online order. I went near closing time so there was really no one in the store except for me. Someone came to immediately help, looked like they were the manager since they weren’t wearing the best buy uniform shirt the other people were wearing. I wish I had gotten his name… but I was in a hurry to a dinner appointment. When they came back out with my product, there was a clear puncture hole in the product box. When I asked for another one since the box was damaged, he said it was a shipping issue, the product is fine, and it’s not his problem. The hole was big enough I could stick my finger in and feel the product, which meant whatever had made the hole could have damaged the item. When i requested again if he had another one, he insisted there wasn’t any available (without even checking) and said I had to take this one. It was only when I said I’d like a refund so I can just buy it at the main store upstairs that he went to the back and came out with another one with no damage. I don’t understand why it took me pushing for a refund that he finally went to check. Then he kept asking my friend and I who our phone and home internet providers were… which was really out of nowhere especially after the attitude he’d given earlier. Never going to this location for any of my pick ups or purchases, I’ll stick to the main store.
