  Visited the Best buy in etons centre today and Retish a sales agent helped me with such detail of information with more then one situation and signed me up to a better plan than my recent cellphone provider that was freedom before. He was attentive and informative in his role very smart in what he does! Thank you for having this staff on board!

  Sid at the store has been extremely helpful and made it really easy for us to sign up for a phone plan as well as a WiFi plan, definitely recommend visiting this store. Service 10/10

  Didn’t even come here for a phone plan (as I was with Rogers) but Kyle was so amazing and gave me such a good deal that I couldn’t resist! He truly is a top of the line sales professional and I’m so thankful to him for giving me a great deal. Will definitely be telling all my friends and family to come to this location from now on.

  This is my first time reviewing a store this bad, this is my WORST experience so far. We went to Best Buy on boxing day to buy AirPods, we talked about the features and decided on what we wanted to buy. When we were talking about the discounts, the Best Buy employee named ‘Sid’ insisted that we would get BETTER DEAL if we switch our services from Rogers to Bell. He promised the same TV cable and high-speed internet in exchange for the gift card to buy the AirPods Pro. We were very clear about what we wanted and specifically asked Sid about certain channels and subscriptions, including NBA and the NBA subscription, and he repeatedly told everything would be included. A few days after the switch, we realized that was NOT TRUE at all. The internet quality is poor, the “TV service” turned out to be just an app and not ACTUAL CABLE and the channels and subscriptions we clearly said we needed are MISSING. Channels were reduced. On top of that, our bills increased and the whole setup became more complicated than before. If I knew this would happen, I should’ve just bought the AirPods in cash to save my self from all this trouble I went through. Now I just found out that I have to pay another $300 to Rogers because the contract was suppose to be 2 years before switching to another courier, something that Sid did NOT INFORMED me about. We were very nice to him and took our time to listen to his offers but instead this is what we get. As a salesperson his job is not only about good talk but also to tell me all the information i needed to know! We were extremely DISAPPOINTED and honestly felt SCAMMED — especially since the person making these promises introduced himself as the MANAGER named “Sid.” Sharing this as a warning to others: be very careful when being approached with similar offers and never give in to being pressured to switch services based solely on verbal promises. What is sold to you in person may not be what you actually receive. I just wanna reply to best buy that if guys really wanna help people, give good service and dont scam people, best buy employees give you the lowst deals then you're make them pay 10x more every month with a "good" service without even the channel that i wanted to have i had with rogers.
