Went in looking for a Wi-Fi card, and at first the staff told me they might not have it since this location is on the smaller side. They were helpful though and suggested other places that might carry it. While we were there, one of my buddies got talking with the mobile rep and ended up grabbing a cheap phone plan that came with $150 in gift cards. Funny enough, we ended up finding the exact Wi-Fi card we needed at this same store after all — and basically got it for free using the gift cards. Overall, pretty decent experience. Friendly staff . The salesman definitely knew his craft, you could tell he was sharp with his sales tactics. but everything worked out and we left satisfied.

I thought about leaving a review like this last time, but definitely will this time. There is an employee here who provided me “customer service” today, a middle-aged Indian man (nothing to do with my complaint, I just didn’t think to take his name while I was there). I came in for one thing. One thing only. I browsed the on-ear headphones selection, and the employee approached to ask if I wanted assistance. I advised I was just looking for new headphones, and he said he could give me a “further discount”. I caught on pretty quickly when I agreed and he asked what carrier I was with. But when I let this employee know I wasn’t interested in switching my carrier, he KEPT ASKING like I was an idiot who walked in not really knowing what I wanted to buy. It is one thing to recommend a switch to a customer. It is another entirely to attempt to pressure one into walking out with a new cellular plan, and treating them like they’re stupid if they’re sure they’re not interested. When your purchase involves coercion, it is called a SCAM. My experience the last time I visited this store was very similar, and with the SAME EMPLOYEE, and the same obnoxiously persistent sales pitch that continued to make excuses for itself and condescend to me for not “choosing to save money” just because he told me to. Lastly, when I asked whether the employee knew whether a particular model accepted a particular charger, the employee looked at the box and told me the “multiple connection points” graphic on the box meant it would have the port I was wanting. That isn’t what multiple connection points means. It means that you can have multiple saved preset connections across different devices. So whether or not the employee actually knew that, he was lying to get me out of the store after I shut down his insistence I don’t know what I want from a cellular plan.

Worst customer service ever. I went to buy the wired headphones for myself. The rep standing in the front showed me the jbl headphones with a sticker price of 19.99 and when he scanned it. It showed $34 after taxes. I asked him why the discrepancy he mentioned that sticker price was not updated. I then proceeded to ask him to show me a cheaper one he was frustrated with my ask and rushed to go get a $10 wired headphones and billed it. I was upset due to the rash behavior I just bought the $10 wired earphone and left. I would have bought the $34 jbl wired earphones if the rep talked to me nicely. I did not want to create a scene but I just wanted the management to know about my experience at this store.

"I recently purchased a new phone, the iphone 17 pro max and was assisted by Thnima. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thnima was absolutely invaluable in helping me navigate the various options. They demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the different models and operating systems, clearly explaining the pros and cons of finance to ensure I chose the perfect device for my needs. I especially appreciated Thnima's efficiency in handling the technical aspects. She quickly data transfer from my old phone, activation of the new line, setup of the security features. She made sure everything was working perfectly before I left, and even provided a helpful tip on managing the cloud storage. Thnima's patience and commitment to excellent service made what is often a complicated process feel easy and exciting. If you are looking to purchase a new phone, I highly recommend seeking out Thnima for knowledgeable and friendly assistance." Location: Best buy , Eaton Centre,Downtown,Toronto
