  Aditi and Manvi - Fantastic customer service for someone like me that was walking out the store disappointed - ended up buying a TV and changing my home internet.

  I'm giving 5 stars so my review can be seen above. The manager of this store, a citizen named Mike, has a very rude and disrespectful tone. We went to the store to buy a phone and a line, and while a lady working there was helping us, this manager intervened, even though we had no business with her, and said there was no phone, there was nothing for you, said goodbye and practically kicked us out. No phone, no new SIM card? We were so shocked that the man had kicked us out that we forgot the SIM card we needed. They sent it back without giving us the SIM card.

  I visited the Best Buy Express location today intending to make a purchase, but I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I attempted to get assistance from an older Indian male employee on three separate occasions—each time I was blatantly ignored, even though it was clear I was addressing him directly. Another employee eventually noticed what was happening, which gave me the confidence to confront the man and tell him I had been speaking to him. The lack of acknowledgment and dismissive behavior were very disheartening and felt racially motivated. I came ready to make a purchase, but instead, I left the store immediately. No customer should ever feel disregarded or disrespected in that way. I hope management addresses this matter seriously so that future customers are treated with the basic respect and attention everyone deserves.

  Super bad service in that branch, I went to that branch because they sent me from another best buy and they told me to go to the Yorkdale that they had the product there and that they were going to change it without any problem. I arrived at this best buy where they told me no and to go to the first one where I had gone. I told him but he didn't want to change it because it had been online. I already had to go to another branch where they served me just as well as the first only that the Best buy express did not want to make any effort. These 2 last weeks I have also gone to those of Hamilton and Burlington and all of them have attended me excellent this branch was the exception
