  I went to buy an Oura ring and the sales rep told me I had to buy a sizing kit first to confirm my size. He said after I figured out my size I could return it. So I bought the sizing kit, confirmed my size, and then purchased the oura ring at the store. Then when I tried to return the sizing kit they told me I couldn’t return it at their store, nor could they exchange the oura ring sizing kit value for a gift card. They told me I had to go to another Best Buy to do the return. They also couldn’t apply the credit to the oura ring I purchased. Thoroughly unpleasant experience after spending just under $400 at the store.

If you’re shopping at Best Buy Express or overall want a good mobility or home services deals , I highly recommend seeking her out—you won’t be disappointed.

  I was at the Best Buy store in Yonge & Eglinton Center, and Biva the customer service associate gave me excellent advice. She upgraded my plan, and I was able to get a better phone at the best possible price. I recommend this store.

  Got a gorgeous deal for my phone plan from Yohanes. His service is amazing he was keep on trying his best to give us extra services. Very full of passion and professional staff. Will come back definitely thank you very much !!👍🏻🫡
