  Tristan was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend him for his product knowledge, exceptional customer service and professional personality. Thank you for everything. We switched our cell phone plans from Rogers to Bell, and after talking it through with Tristan we also decided to switch our internet plan . I can’t recommend his expertise enough. Best Buy is very lucky to have you as a sales associate/ technical support. A wonderful experience, with changes that are difficult to navigate. Cheers!

  I recently had a very positive experience at the Best Buy Express at the Hudson Bay center. I was looking to replace my Samsung with the Google Pixel 10 Pro and Tristan stepped in to help. Tristan was awesome - he went above and beyond to scour Best Buy stores to find the phone I wanted. He walked me through the different phone plans, and also less costly wifi plans (which I was also looking into). Because of his efforts, friendly approach and patience - I got my Pixel 10 Pro with a great phone plan, and a new economical wifi service. I walked out of that store with a wide smile on my face. Thank you Tristan - you rocked it!

  Excellent service in buying and setting up a new Samsung telephone, Iliya patiently worked through the whole process which I wouldn't have been able to do myself. If I could give 6 starts I would give 6 stars

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location regarding a return. From the beginning, the staff told me to go to another store, and it felt as though processing a return was a hassle for them. After that, I showed them my receipt, which clearly states that the item can be returned to any Best Buy store location. Only after this, they started processing the return but then immediately stated that they would not accept my return and claimed it was “out of policy,” without reviewing the details. I have to again show them the reciept as well as Best Buy’s return policy on the website, which clearly stated it can be returned to any location. Despite this, they did not make any effort to verify the information. I was again told to return the item to the original store of purchase, which conflicted with the policy shown. When I asked if they could confirm the policy, contact store support, or involve a manager, my request was declined. They told me to wait for an hour for a manager to come, which doesn't make any sense. The interaction felt dismissive, and I was eventually asked to leave rather than having the issue properly reviewed. If employees are unwilling to follow or verify Best Buy’s own policies, it raises concerns about the purpose of having this location open. Visiting this store was a total waste of time as the employees don't seem to care about their job and customers. This is totally unaceptabe to ask people to leave the store and go wherever they purchased the itmes originally. What's the point of having this store open if people need to go to other locations? I would expect more professionalism and consistency from a Best Buy store.
