  I went to the store recently and got an iPhone 16, but when I got home it just wasn’t right for me. I went back expecting the usual hassle… but nope. Kazi and Mohit were honestly incredible. Super friendly, patient, and they actually cared about helping me fix the situation. They made the whole return feel easy, not stressful. And shoutout to Mankirat, the person who originally helped me when I first bought it, was also great really genuine and helpful. All three of them made me feel taken care of, and that’s rare these days. I really appreciated it. 🙏🏾

  Had a great experience at Best Buy! Kazi helped me get the headphones I wanted and even found an amazing promotion offer for me. He was super nice and helped set everything up perfectly. Really appreciated how he thought from the customer’s perspective. Highly recommend!

  I visited the Best Buy Express store at Union Station and was fortunate enough to have Mohit Chakravorty switching my phone lines from Rogers to Bell. It was a pleasure dealing with such a kind, patient, and respectful person, who demonstrated a deep understanding of his work, along with a proactive attitude that inspires great confidence in the customer. He spent over two hours trying to solve an issue with Rogers, which ultimately fixed with great interest and a willingness to help. I wholeheartedly commend Mohit; I recommend him 100% and with great distinction. Thank you very much !

  Avoid this store, they sold me an empty unsealed box of AirPods and lied about it, implying I stole them and refused to exchange them. Had to go in twice because of course, after the manager looked into it, they realized it was their error. The girl who sold me them in the first place (and lied about it being sealed) didn’t bother to say sorry. Also not sure why Best Buy responds to these reviews with the contact link, we tried that and they said they couldn’t help with in store purchases.

  Scammed by this Best Buy location. Partner bought me a pair of AirPods from this store as a birthday gift and when opening it was empty. Store refuses to exchange and workers keep implying that we’ve stolen it. Garbage customer service and very clearly a store that would rather accuse the customer of stealing then use basic customer service in understanding that someone else likely stole from them. Store says “final sale” for a product that was empty inside. We had called the day before to speak to a manager (which they didn’t provide of course) and were told to come in. We come in next day and how convenient the manager is not in. Be prepared for scummy staff and a store more than willing to rip you off. Will be reporting this to head office and filing a chargeback. Thanks for ruining a gift.
