- MAMr. AhDec 26, 20251.0I absolutely do not recommend ordering online from Best Buy. The process takes far too long, and customer service is extremely unhelpful. When you call, they usually put you on hold for minutes, then give vague or misleading explanations like "we couldn't reach them" or "we couldn't connect with the company." Sometimes they claim the product needs to be handled by someone else. I placed my order on December 9th and it still hasn't arrived. There's no clear information about its status. I will definitely never order online from Best Buy again. Their online ordering system and customer support are very weak and disappointing.

Geek squad dude and Mr aspiring to look like benson Boone with the curly hair just left me waiting around and people that came after me were being prioritized by another agent who by the way they ended up buying nothing. Respect everyone the same.
